CFA exam coaching · Levels I, II, III

300 hours per level.
283 hours. All three.

You already gave up your evenings. Your weekends. Probably a relationship or two. And you still don't know if it's working. There's a way to prepare whereby you always know what to do next, and what to ignore. Sit the exam once. Get your life back.

The problem

You're not behind because you're lazy. You're behind because nobody told you the order.

You know the feeling. Month four, you open a mock, and the material from book one is just... forgotten. Hundreds of hours in, and it feels like you're starting over. That's not a memory problem. That's a sequencing problem, and it has a fix.

The slow, painful way

Study every night after work. Solve the questions immediately after each reading, while it is all still fresh, so the scores look good and prove nothing. Panic in the final months. Reread everything. Fail by a point or two. Pay again. Lose another six months.

The way that worked

Solve them days later instead, once the material has had time to fade, because that score is the one that tells you the truth. Review only what your scores prove is weak, skip the rest guilt-free. Walk into the exam knowing you're ready instead of hoping you are. Same hours. Different order. Different result.

Why should you listen to me?

Fair question. Here's the record.

I'm Nabil. I passed all three levels of the CFA exam on the first attempt, by 22, tutoring part time through Levels I and II and working full time through Level III. Total study time across all three: 283 hours. The internet says you need 300 per level. I needed less than that combined.

I wasn't smarter than the people who failed next to me. I was more deliberate about when I did things. Tested myself when it was hard, not when it was easy. Reviewed what my scores said to review, nothing else. Everything I'm offering you is the system I built because I had a job and a life and no interest in giving up either.

How coaching works

Five sessions that replace six months of second-guessing.

You don't need more videos. You need someone who's done it to look at your situation and tell you exactly what to do next. Five 1-on-1 sessions: three to build your setup properly, one when the doubt kicks in, one before the exam. You leave each one with your next moves written down.

1–3

The setup block

Weeks 1 to 3, before and as you start

Three sessions to build your foundation properly: your full plan around your job and your hours, your materials and tracker set up, your method locked in, and your first weeks reviewed so bad habits die before they form. You start knowing exactly what you're doing, and why.

4

Mid-point diagnostic

When your portal scores exist

The moment everyone quietly panics, we look at your actual numbers together. I tell you what's genuinely weak, what's fine, and what to stop wasting time on. You leave knowing exactly where you stand.

5

Pre-exam session

Six weeks out

The last six weeks decide everything. We build your mock plan, your exam-day tactics, and your final review list, so you walk in calm while everyone else is cramming in the parking lot.

7d

The guarantee

If the plan we build isn't worth the price, don't pay it.

Book your kickoff. If within 7 days of purchase, before Session 1 happens, you change your mind, full refund, no questions, no forms. Trying this costs you nothing. Failing costs another exam fee, six more months of evenings, and telling everyone at work you're sitting it again next window.

Included with everything

Every tool I used. Free with any purchase.

One coherent system, not a pile of PDFs padded to look generous. Every sheet comes from the same playbook, so nothing contradicts anything else at 11pm the night before the exam.

A Guide to the CFA ExamsThe full operating manual, all three levels, built on the 4-Step Method.
The Companion Tracker5-sheet workbook: hours, portal scores, review status, mock benchmarks.
Level II & III format sheetsItem-set mechanics and constructed response, the parts nobody explains.
The Watch-Outs SheetPer-level traps: pilot questions, deferral rules, first-attempt killers.
Tips & Tricks Sheet3-option elimination, timing, the day before, the morning of.
Habit Optimization SheetStudying consistently around a working life. Input goals, not output goals.
The Materials ChecklistExactly what to buy and what to skip.

Questions

The honest answers.

Why not just buy Kaplan or Mark Meldrum?

Do buy them, or at least Kaplan's SchweserNotes and QuickSheet. They're in my materials checklist. Providers sell content. This sells the layer on top: sequencing, checkpoints, and a person who looks at your actual scores mid-prep and tells you what to fix. You likely need both.

You passed in 283 hours. I'm not you. Will this work for me?

The hours aren't the product, the sequence is. The system tells you when to do portal questions, what to review, and what to skip based on your scores, not mine. Some clients need 250 hours, some 400. Everyone needs the right order.

What if I fail anyway?

No one can guarantee a pass and you should run from anyone who does. What I can say: the resit is the expensive outcome, in fees and in months. This exists to make it unlikely. One-and-Done clients get 2 flex sessions that cover exactly this scenario.

Do sessions expire? What about reschedules and refunds?

Sessions expire 3 months after the exam window you bought them for. Reschedules are free with 24 hours notice, one no-show forgiven per package. Full refund within 7 days of purchase if Session 1 hasn't happened; none after Session 1 is delivered.

Are you affiliated with CFA Institute?

No. See the disclaimer below. I'm an independent coach who passed all three levels of the CFA exam and hands over the exact system I used.
