What you are buying, what I am responsible for, and what I am not.
Deal With Finance is an independent exam-preparation coaching service operated by Nabil Mneimne. It provides live one-to-one coaching sessions, written study materials, and access to a private community, for candidates preparing for the CFA exams.
Deal With Finance is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to CFA Institute in any way. CFA Institute does not endorse, promote, or warrant the accuracy or quality of the products or services offered by Deal With Finance. CFA® and Chartered Financial Analyst® are registered trademarks owned by CFA Institute and are used here only to describe the exams this service helps candidates prepare for.
Everything provided is educational content about exam preparation. Nothing in the coaching, the guide, the tracker, the sheets, or the community is investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice, and none of it should be relied on for any financial decision. Curriculum content is discussed for exam purposes only.
No coaching service can guarantee an exam result, and this one does not. Your result depends on your preparation, your effort, your circumstances on exam day, and factors outside anyone's control. The methods here are the ones I used to pass all three levels on the first attempt, and past results do not guarantee future ones. Buying coaching does not transfer the work; the work is still yours.
The guide, the tracker, the reference sheets, and any other material provided are for your personal use as a candidate. You may print them, annotate them, and use them throughout your own preparation. You may not resell them, republish them, share them publicly, upload them to file-sharing or study-material sites, or distribute them to other candidates. They remain my intellectual property, provided to you under a personal licence that does not expire.
The private community is a place for candidates to ask questions and support each other. Do not share actual exam content, do not share or request pirated study materials, do not promote competing services, and do not harass other members. I may remove anyone who does, without a refund, though I would much rather never have to.
I may update these terms as the service develops. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. Material changes will be noted by the "last updated" date above.
The 7-day guarantee, spelled out properly.
After the window closes, packages are non-refundable, because the sessions are my time and are booked against a limited calendar. If something has genuinely gone wrong, message me anyway. I would rather solve a problem than hold someone to a clause.
The annual community membership can be cancelled at any time through the customer portal link in your receipt, or by emailing me. Cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Part-year refunds are not issued, since you keep access for the time already paid.
Where payment was made by Whish Money or another local transfer rather than by card, refunds are returned by the same method, and any transfer fee charged by the provider is not recoverable by me and will not be included in the refund amount.
If something is wrong, email me first. A conversation resolves it faster than a bank dispute, and I have never refused a reasonable refund request.
What I collect, why, and who else touches it.
To deliver what you bought: to schedule your sessions, to prepare properly for them, to send you your materials, to answer your questions, and to keep the records a business is required to keep. I do not use your information for advertising and I do not build marketing profiles.
Running this service means using a small number of established providers, each of which processes some of your information under their own privacy terms:
I do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for marketing. I do not share your scores, your struggles, or anything you tell me in a session with other clients or publicly. If I ever want to use something you said as a testimonial, I will ask you first and accept no as an answer.
Session notes and correspondence are kept while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back for the next level. Transaction records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email support@dealwithfinance.com and I will action it within 30 days. Deleting your information may mean I can no longer deliver sessions you have paid for, and I will tell you clearly if that is the case before acting.
